We accept returns for any reason, no questions asked, on all items that are unworn and undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags, within 30 days of the date of your receipt. All orders are tracked, so a delivery date will be recorded. For returns for damage, we may require photographic evidence. We want you to be happy with your purchases, so if for any reason you're not satisfied, simply get in touch and we'll make it right.
Returns are free for all customers. You will be provided with a free returns label and can drop the package off at your local USPS office.
In the event of a return we will offer you the following options:
- Exchange for goods of equal value
- A full refund
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items and can take up to 5 days to reach your account.
Items Ineligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of lingerie, underwear and swimwear.
Returns can take up to one week to process, after we receive your item. If returns are not provided with the original tags and packaging, your return may not be accepted.
Free Shipping to the Continental United States
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) is free on all orders. Delivery normally takes a maximum of 5 days. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, nor to Hawaii or Alaska.
All items are dispatched by USPS and shipped with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be provided to you by email upon dispatch and you can track shipping status of your order on our website here.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. This can take up to 24 hours.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, get in touch with us and we'll look into it.
Fashion Like Me is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficiently provided address. Please ensure you check your address and contact details on your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if you find an error.
Out of Stock Items
Our inventory levels are usually updated in real time. Sometimes, however, despite our best efforts, some items are out of stock and unavailable for purchase. Should this be the case for any items on your order, we will make every effort to contact you by email and/or telephone to discuss your options. If we do not hear from you within a 5 day period of our first message, we will automatically refund you for the out of stock items.
